The short version of a long story
New prospects, partners and investors ask us the same fair question: if we build on ZADS, how long will you be around? Here is the answer — the way it actually happened.
Over two decades behind us. At least two more ahead.
Build on ZADS and you build on a company that has been here through several generations of enterprise technology — and intends to be here for the next ones. Solid, reliable and planning long.
- 01
Born in software testing
ZAPTEST began in enterprise software test automation: driving applications through the same screens a person uses, and proving they work before they ship. Reliability, repeatability and evidence were the job from day one — and they still are.
- 02
From the test lab to the whole enterprise
The same UI-level automation moved out of QA and into operations — finance, supply chain, compliance — bridging legacy and modern systems without APIs or source-code changes. Testing and business-process automation became one practice.
- 03
AI joins the human operator
AI brought planning and judgment to the work: reading requirements, generating workflow cases, handling exceptions — always with a person reviewing and approving. Autonomous, agentic automation, with the business in control.

ZADS: one capability, two missions
Everything we learned became ZADS, a dual-use platform. AI Digital Soldiers run for U.S. defense inside networks where no cloud AI is allowed; AI Digital Specialists run the same orchestration for the enterprise. One capability, governed by humans, in both worlds.
